This section is where we share what inspire us. Submit a YouTube video that is exceptionally inspiring. We are not talking about a Ted Talk; we are looking for a diamond in the rough that may have gone unnoticed.
Growing Up Poor
Many of us grew up in an environment of privilege. These circumstances put us at peril of being oblivious to the plight of those who are less fortunate. Understanding and experiencing their challenges allow us to be grateful and also be in the position of coming up with solutions to better our communities.
Children are especially susceptible to the adverse effect of poverty, which can burden them with multi-generational trauma that has lingering consequences in the future.
