Starting at the Granada Launch Ramp at Rosie’s Dog Beach, the race course on the beach pedestrian path follows along the scenic Long Beach shoreline going toward the pier. Paid parking ($2 for the first hour) is available at the 54th & Claremont lot and the La Verne lot.

All breeds of dogs welcome (not just mutts)
Run or walk at your pace with or without your dog
Dogs must be leashed and stay on the pedestrian path at all times
Please be responsible humans and clean up after your dogs
Dogs must be well-behaved and non-aggressive with people and other dogs
If you are not familiar with the sport of canicross, Run That Mutt is an excellent place to start your journey

T-shirts and custom medals will be given to all human participants
Translucent plaque trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers
70% of proceeds will support Long Beach Animal Care Services, purchasing urgently needed supplies
30% of the proceeds will go into the community project fund at Signal Hill Rotary
